I have been in the field of performance improvement for 12+ years.
I have experienced both For-Profit and Non-Profit sectors.
I have extensive training in system implementation and quality assurance.
I have acquired a wealth of knowledge in understanding the correlation between
"quantitive" and "qualitative" analysis. Through my study of Econometrics, I learned that statistics and economics work hand in hand. There is a strategic method to combine empirical content and economic relations.
QUALITATIVE correlation refers to the image of the brand/company that is visible to the public. Qualitative correlation is customer experience and customer service. There are many layers to both areas as every customer is an advertisement opportunity.
